The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. It was quiet. It was a very cold night and the room remained warm. Breakfast was decent. We had a problem with the TV and the front desk person came up and did what he could and offered us a different room. We declined because we needed to go to bed early. He was very helpful and polite. The price for the night was great. I would stay there again.

It is an updated property with very clean rooms and comfy beds. The staff was friendly. You could not hear anyone else in the hotel through the walls/door. Breakfast was included with the stay.

food-great facility-great management-could be more friendly pet friendly-not so when booked there was no extra $20 charge for pet

Nice choice on breakfast items, well stocked. Room was clean especially the bathroom. Front desk person was very friendly and professional in checking us in and out.

Staff was great. The breakfast was okay, kind of disappointing to not have all the items but overall good.

Even though the check out is at 11 am and check in at 2 pm. Most people are already checked out before 11 am or earlier. There should be some rooms already to go after 11 am. And not have to wait until 2 pm to check in. I understand you're short staff. Someone should get started on those empty rooms once the guess leave. Hopefully you'll have more staffs in the future. But I think you guys have come a long ways to get started on those rooms and done a very good keeping up on demands. Better luck next time when we decide to stay there again.

Nice location to several eateries and friendly staff made this a pleasant stay. Located near Hawkeye downs . And a short distance from Lindale mall.
